Those who experience symptoms of indigestion such as cramping, bloating, or gas after eating can use Carm to minimise those symptoms and improve digestion.

Carm is best used 30 minutes before and 3 minutes after food. Using before food can improve digestive acid secretion as well as increase the appetite. The antispasmodic and carminative qualities of Carm also make it appropriate to consume around 30 minutes after food to calm a spasmodic stomach.

Use 1/2 to 1 dropper full 30 minutes before food and again 30 minutes after eating to reduce symptoms of adult colic, indigestion, bloating, and gas.
