Medera's Hypnos magnesium-based sleep aid is a non-drowsy and gently relaxing formula that both induces sleep and reduces anxiety. Made with a magnesium glycinate chelate blend, L-theanine, GABA, skullcap, passionflower, and valerian, Hypnos calms the nervous system, reduces sleep latency, and improves sleep quality. By regulating neurotransmitters and promoting sleep hormone production, magnesium promotes healthy sleep cycles without having an overtly sedative or drowsy effect.
Magnesium glycinate is a form of magnesium bound to an amino acid called glycine. This increases the bioavailability of elemental magnesium, making it more effective on a smaller dose. It is also the preferred form of magnesium for promoting sleep.
How to use
How: Put 1/2 tbsp Hypnos powder in a glass of tepid water and mix. Consume about 1 hour before bed.
