The Serum Duo is an every-day serum package designed to restore the integrity of the skin barrier, gently cleanse without stripping the skin of its oils, and reduce scars associated with acne and chronic skin conditions. The Serum Duo is made up of two facial serums that are 100% oil and plant based — meaning no emulsifiers, chemical preservatives, artificial fragrances or colours. The Serum Duo lets you care for your skin naturally — without the chemicals that further exacerbate chronic skin conditions.
How to use
How: First apply Wild Seeds Face Oil to problem areas on the skin, gently patting the oil in until absorbed. Then apply Moringa Face Serum over the whole face and décolletage. No need to top with a moisturiser.

Wild Seeds Face Oil:Nigella sativa (black cumin) seed oil, Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) oil, Trifolium pratense (red clover) extract,Rubus idaeus (red raspberry) seed CO2 extract, Punica granatum (pomegranate) seed CO2 extract, Vitamin E, essential oils of bergamot, chamomile, and frankincense.
Moringa Face Serum: Moringa oleifera (moringa) oil, Hippophae rhamnioides (sea buckthorn) seed oil, Rosa canina (rose hip) oil, Oneothera biennis (evening primrose) oil, Vitamin E, rose wax, essential oils of chamomile, lavender, and cardamom.
Safety information
The two products in The Serum Duo are safe to be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women and by those with sensitive skin.
While Moringa Face Serum is naturally high in Vitamin A (often contraindicated in pregnancy), it is not present in amounts that impact healthy pregnancy as is the case with other pharmaceutical preparations containing retinoids. If in doubt, please consult with your natural health practitioner.

Moringa Face Serum is a rich, indulgent, nutrient-dense facial serum lightweight enough for everyday use. Naturally high in vitamins A and C, two micronutrients considered vital for skin health, Moringa and Sea Buckthorn seed oils deeply nourish the skin, restore the integrity of the skin barrier, and repair sun or cosmetic induced skin damage.

The Serum Duo is made with 100% plant extracts and is preservative free. We use an Australia Certified Organic preservative made from vegetable extracts, allowing us to label this product preservative free. It is labelled on our products as parfum, the legally correct way of labelling this ingredient, but it is sold under the trade name "Naticide". Our skincare products are perfumed only with essential oils, and get their natural colour from the plant extracts used in the formula.
Synthetics, including preservatives, can damage the integrity of the skin barrier and exacerbate skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. This is because they disrupt the skin’s natural biome. The Serum Duo is made entirely out of plant extracts.
No synthetic fragrances are used in The Serum Duo. Synthetic fragrances are known to contain harmful chemicals that disrupt endocrine function. This is why Medera products are only ever perfumed with natural essential oils, resins, and gums. We do not attempt to mask the smell of plants with perfume. Instead, we work with the natural aromas of the oils and extracts we use, mixing essential oils to capture beautiful scents without compromising your health.

We recommend applying The Serum Duo together on a clean face. You may start with a facial toner, then start with Wild Seeds Face Serum, applying it to problem areas on the face. Once absorbed, apply Moringa Face Serum to the whole face, neck, and décolletage. There is no need to finish with a moisturiser, but if you do, allow a few minutes for complete absorption.
Assuming twice daily application of both face serums, The Serum Duo should last about 8 weeks. However, this may vary slightly depending on your unique usage habits.
