Orders
Every Medera order is sent with tracking. Track your order by clicking the link provided in the shipping notification email, or use the provided tracking code to track on Australia Post.
Once you have placed your order, you cannot modify it manually. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us within 24 hours at info@medera.com.au with the subject line "CANCEL" and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
It takes 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. You'll receive an email with a tracking code once your order has been packed and posted.
At the moment, Medera only offers shipping within Australia. Stay tuned for further information regarding international shipping as we continue to grow our business.
Due to the nature of the products, Medera does not accept returns or exchanges. However, we also understand that exceptional circumstances do occur. If you believe this to be the case, please email us at info@medera.com.au or reach out via the Contact Us page.
If a product arrives damaged, please take a photo as soon as you open the package and email to info@medera.com.au.
Products
Each product page contains detailed ingredient lists and further information about each of the active ingredients. Medera provides an extensive Ingredient Database that includes every ingredient used across all Medera products. Medera products are packaged in miron glass jars to minimise damage to botanical compounds by light and heat. However, to further ensure the longevity of your product, it is best to keep it in a cool, dark place, away from direct light and heat. Products left on windowsills and in cars are more likely to spoil faster or lose botanical potency.
Many Medera skincare products are suitable for sensitive skin, as highlighted in each product description. We never use artificial colours, fragrances, or preservatives in the manufacture of Medera products. In this way, all Medera products are appropriate for sensitive skin, as they do not contain the common chemicals notorious for causing break-outs and flare-ups.
Medera products are often made entirely out of plant extracts, so please check the ingredient lists for known allergens, as those with sensitive skin can sometimes be allergic to plant extracts and experience atopic dermatitis.
Some Medera products are inappropriate for use by children and pregnant and breastfeeding women. Each product contains safety information regarding use on children and women who are pregnant or breast feeding. Please refer to each product individually to find out if it is suitable for you.
Payment
We accept payment via Credit Card or PayPal.
We do not offer installment payment options such as Zip or Afterpay. All payments are to be made in full at the time of the order.
If your payment is declined and you do not believe it is due to insufficient funds, please reach out to your bank and to Medera to further investigate the reason your payment has declined. To contact Medera, email us at info@medera.com.au or fill out the form on the Contact Us page.
Wholesale
Medera is excited to collaborate with businesses around Australia in B2B relationships. To enquire about wholesale prices and for further information about stocking Medera products in your store, email us at info@medera.com.au.
The minimum order quantity for wholesale is 20 units. Use the contact form or email us at info@medera.com.au to request samples or to make further enquiries about minimum order quantities.
Subject to order quantity, the average turnaround time for a wholesale order is 2 weeks. For larger orders, it may be longer.
Corporate Gifting
Medera products are available for personalised gifts and corporate gifting in Australia. We tailor corporate gifts for the specific needs of your company and event, and we are happy to work with you to craft a thoughtful gift for your team.
To start the process for placing a corporate gift order, email us expressing interest at info@medera.com.au. You may want to include some information about your company, how many personalised gifts you require, and any relevant contact information. We will get back to you and begin the process of tailoring the perfect gift for your company, team, or event.
All Medera products are hand-made, and lead-in time depends on the volume of the order. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible, with a minimum of 3 months lead-in time. This provides enough time for Medera to plan the perfect gift with you, acquire the necessary stock, and prepare the gifts in time for your needs.
